How to purchase online? It is simple. Just follow the below steps:-

When the point of origin of the shipment or delivery is within the country destination, upon the shipment or delivery of the products from DCTK Corporation facility; and

When the point of origin of the shipment or delivery is not within the country destination, upon the shipment or delivery of the products from DTCK Corporation facility.

RM 8.00 shipping / delivery charges will be borne by buyer if the purchase is below RM 100

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are carried out via appointed courier companies only. Please do not use PO Box address for delivery. The above rates are subject to change without prior notice.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

DTCK Corporation is only responsible for one time delivery charge. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery at the specified address, the additional charges that arise from the second delivery will be borne by you and will be charged accordingly.

We strive to ensure that all products are available to you as quickly as possible. Average time of orders is 5-7 working days from shipping date. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with our courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver the products by the estimated delivery date.
